Sometimes it is not enough to keep the house clean, provision should be made that the house is given periodic repair and maintenance to resist wear and tear. Some house owners neglect certain areas like windows, ceiling and walls to mention a few. While major areas like the comfort room, kitchen, living room and others are given proper attention, the roofing, ceiling or even the windows are unkempt, messy and stained with dirt and dust. These areas might not be so obvious to the sight but at the same time they are a potential source of allergens and harmful germs.
